What files do you need?
Your full plan set as a PDF: floor plans, elevations, sections and cabinet or interior elevations. Vector PDFs exported from CAD work best. Scans and older sets work too; we’ll tell you within the free preview if anything is missing.
Can it show my finishes?
Yes. The Finished Walkthrough shows your exact selections: cabinets, flooring, tile, counters and fixtures. You can start in black-and-white to pre-sell, then upgrade once selections are made.
What if my plans change?
Changes that follow your updated plan set are included through permitting and selections, each turned around in 48 hours. A different floor plan counts as a new plan.
Does it work for remodels and additions?
Yes. Send the existing and proposed plans and we’ll show the finished result room by room, so your client can see the change before you start.
